Aluminium Bahrain (Alba) is one of the largest and most modern aluminium smelters in the world. Alba is a dual listed Company on the Bahrain Bourse and London Stock Exchange. Alba’s Line 6 Expansion Project, upon completion, will make the company the world’s largest single-site.
Aluminium Bahrain (Alba) required the development of their inaugural sustainability report using Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards. The publication of a sustainability report was required as an increasing number of Alba’s stakeholders were asking for information on the company’s environmental, social and economic impacts. Working in collaboration with GreenChip, ZOOiD worked closely with the Alba sustainability reporting team to prepare their first sustainability report.
